Start with a free meet & greetWe start with a longer, unhurried meet and greet. You walk us through your pet's needs, whatever they are, and we figure out together what a good visit looks like. Then we write it down so every visit follows the same plan, and the same person handles it so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
Senior dogs who need a slow, short walk and a careful eye. Medications, pills hidden in food, drops, or a routine we have been shown. Post-surgery and limited-mobility care where the schedule matters. Anxious dogs who need a patient, familiar face. Multiple pets, odd hours, split routines, and animals that are not dogs. If it is off the standard menu, ask us.
Owners of senior or recovering pets who need more than a quick walk. Anyone managing a medical routine who wants it followed exactly. Households with special-needs or high-anxiety animals. And people who have been told "we don't do that" by other services and just want someone to actually work it out with them.
One honest note: there are a few things we are not licensed for, like veterinary or clinical medical care. If your pet needs that, we will tell you plainly and help however we responsibly can.
