What we collect

The information you submit on our application form at /join.

Why

To evaluate you for an independent contractor walking role with Bark & Stroll.

Who sees it

Scott Rocca, owner of Bark & Stroll. No one else.

How long we keep it

Indefinitely. We keep our records for as long as Bark & Stroll is running, whether or not you're selected and whether or not you stay a client. There's no deletion clock. Records we're legally required to hold, like tax records, are kept at least as long as the law requires (seven years for federal tax purposes).

This doesn't change your right to ask us to delete your data, below. If you ask, we will.

Sharing

We don't sell or share your information with anyone. If you become a finalist and consent, we'll use a licensed background-check provider (currently Checkr) and only the minimum information they need.

Your rights

You can email scott@barkstroll.com anytime to ask us to delete your data. We'll do it within 30 days unless we're legally required to keep it (for example, active tax records).
