What we collect

The information you submit on our application form at /join.

Why

To evaluate you for an independent contractor walking role with Bark & Stroll.

Who sees it

Scott Rocca, owner of Bark & Stroll. No one else.

How long we keep it

If you're not selected, we delete your record one year after you apply. If you're brought on as a contractor, we keep it for the life of our working relationship plus the seven years federal tax law requires.

Sharing

We don't sell or share your information with anyone. If you become a finalist and consent, we'll use a licensed background-check provider (currently Checkr) and only the minimum information they need.

Your rights

You can email scott@barkstroll.com anytime to ask us to delete your data. We'll do it within 30 days unless we're legally required to keep it (for example, active tax records).
