Who we are

Bridgeville Bark & Stroll ("Bark & Stroll," "we," "us") is a dog walking and pet care service operated by Bark & Stroll LLC in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania and the surrounding South Hills communities.

Our services

We provide dog walking, pet visits, and related care by appointment. Scheduling, rates, and service details are agreed with you directly before any visit. Either of us may cancel or reschedule a visit with reasonable notice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your dog (temperament, health, and any special needs), current vaccinations as required by Pennsylvania law, and safe access to your home for scheduled visits.

Text messaging (SMS)

Our text program is for our own contracted dog walkers, who voluntarily opt in through the form on our Text Message Program page or by texting START to (412) 776-0741, to receive notifications about open walk jobs, which they may answer by reply. Opting in is never a condition of work. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. We never send marketing texts, we never text customers or the general public, and we never sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed with you directly. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.

Liability

We carry out every visit with reasonable care. Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the visit in question.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this page.
