What does “up to 15 min on‑site” actually mean?
A normal yard takes me 10‑15 minutes tops. That 15 minutes (and one 2‑gallon bucket of waste) is included in the price. If it runs longer, it’s $10 for every extra 10‑minute block—so you only pay more if the job is bigger than average.

How big is a 2‑gallon bucket?
Roughly the size of a standard paint bucket, about eight inches across. If we fill more than one in a single visit, the $15 neglected‑yard fee applies.

Why is the bi‑weekly visit more per stop?
Stuff piles up when I’m only there every other week; it simply takes longer. Weekly service keeps things quicker, cheaper, and nicer for you—and the dog.

Do you haul everything away?
Yep. Bagged, sealed, and gone. You’re left with a clean yard, no stink‑bin by the gate.

What if I have two dogs?
Add $3 per dog on the weekly plan, $4 on the bi‑weekly plan, $10 for the one‑time deep clean—still cheaper than buying bags and doing it yourself.

How do I know you actually came?
I text you a live GPS timestamp plus before/after photos right from your yard.

Do I have to be home?
Nope—just unlock the gate. I’m in and out before the pups even notice.

How do I pay?
I’ll email you a secure, encrypted Square invoice so you can pay with whatever’s easiest—card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, you name it.

Dog Walking FAQ & Policies

What’s included in each walk?
A GPS-tracked route, time‑stamped photos, and a summary note—sent right after the walk.

Does the clock include gearing up?
Nope. Your 30 / 45 / 60‑minute timer starts once the leash is clipped and we’re moving.

Bad weather policy?
Safety first. Heavy storms or extreme temps = shorter outdoor time and indoor play to finish the visit length—or a free reschedule if conditions are truly unsafe.

Multiple dogs?
Add $10 per extra dog per walk. They must walk well together; otherwise, we schedule back‑to‑back solo walks.

Cancellation window?
Free up to 12 hours before the visit. Inside 12 hours the full walk fee applies (staff is already booked).

Equipment?
Please leave collars/harnesses and a towel by the door. We wipe paws if streets are wet or salty.

How do I pay?
You’ll receive a secure, encrypted Square invoice—pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ACH.
